In a great CFL Final the Calgary Stampeders came back from a half time deficit in a jam packed Olympic stadium. This is the stampeders 6th grey cup and the owe a lot of it to Brett Ralph for scoring their only touchdown and to Sandro DeAngelis kicked five field goals coming through in the clutch.
The final score was 22-14 for the Stampeders. Stampeder Quarterback , Burris threw for 328 yards with one touchdown and one interception and led all rushers with 70 yards on the ground.
This was a special event for Burris who has been trying to kick his image of not winning the “big” games. ”There was so many times I used to hear that song ‘We are the Champions,’ I never could listen to the whole song because I always wanted to be a champion. This is what we fight for. This is what we go through the ups and downs for. Right now, it’s like I’m living a dream.”

This is informaion about a Grey Cup from 2 years ago. The USA is part of the world, not the other way around. I just saw a TV show about how the AFL and the NFL came together, which at the end proclaimed that the AFL inspired a Basketball League, another league and a hockey League, all of which disappeared except for the AFL. In honour (proper spelling - Gore was right, potatoe should be spelt with an “e”) of reality, the fact is that the Hockey league in question, the World Hockey League (WHL), became part of the National Hockey League in the same way that the AFL joined the NFL. The USA would gain more respect if they recognized that the they are part of the world, rather then the world being subjects (in the terms of the the 1776 Americas being subject to Britain) to the USA.
