Break out the champagne, a monumental record was broken last night by an Olympic Gold winning goalie and the Toronto Maple Leafs. Curtis Joseph now has the second most defeats of any goalie in the NHL. He is tied with Gilles Meloche and just behind Lorne (Gump)Worsley.
To be sure, Joseph is not done yet. With the help of his horrible defense (here’s looking at you Stajan, Kaberle, and what the hell, will give credit to Mccabe too) Joseph is sure to break the record for ALL TIME MOST DEFEATS soon.
So why do you think Joseph broke this record? Is it cause the Leafs suck, or because Curtis Joseph sucks? Comments welcome.

Hockey Sucks!!! Not even a sport. All the sportsman ship that kids learn from playing baseball, football and basketball gets thrown out the door as soon as they play minor league hockey. Rules of minor hockey state that there is no fighting but when there is punches thrown all they get is a penalty. And i’m not talking teenagers. I’m talkin 8 and 9 year old kids throwing puches. Absolutly pathetic. It’s ridiculous that Hockey has to rely on fighting just to get people to watch it. Pushing and shoving every time the goalie holds onto the puck is not sportsmanship. Getting into a fight as soon as the puck drops is not sportsman ship. How do you hold your anger just long enough until the puck drops to start a fight? What is it about a puck dropping that makes hockey players go over the edge and need to fight when the initial play that originally got them pissed off happened 30 seconds to a minute before they actually fight?

Leafs blow goats. That franchise needs to pack er in. So, yeah, Cujo is actually a good goalie IMO.
