What happened to Jacksonville Jaguars?

Jaguars, sucking

Jaguars, sucking

At the beginning of the year, many people were picking the jaguars to go to the super bowl.  Now their out of the playoff picture and have lost both of their runniing backs.  It could have been all of the injuries or the disastrous coaching of coach Jack Del Rio.

The jaguars were the worst in the NFL on fourth downs, the reason why is because Del Rio inexplicably gambles with his teams fortunes.

What do you think?

Minnesota Vikings Freeze Ticket Prices

The Minnesota Vikings are freezing ticket prices for the near future. This is the first time since 1998 that Minnesota will keep ticket prices frozen.

The NFL is hoping to reduce ticket prices, stating that ticket prices for playoffs will be 10 percent lower this year. This in response to the massive recession starting in the U.S. and the “economic challenges facing fans.” The U.S. economy has been in a recession for the past year.

“Our family and ownership group have been energized by the passion of Vikings fans since we took ownership of the team,” Mark Wilf, co-owner and president of the team, said this Tuesday.

The Minnesota Vikings have a 9-5 record and are set to clinch the North Division title if they beat the Falcons this Sunday.

Stampeders roll over the Alouettes

In a great CFL Final the Calgary Stampeders came back from a half time deficit in a jam packed Olympic stadium. This is the stampeders 6th grey cup and the owe a lot of it to Brett Ralph for scoring their only touchdown and to Sandro DeAngelis kicked five field goals coming through in the clutch.

The final score was 22-14 for the Stampeders. Stampeder Quarterback , Burris threw for 328 yards with one touchdown and one interception and led all rushers with 70 yards on the ground.

This was a special event for Burris who has been trying to kick his image of not winning the “big” games. ”There was so many times I used to hear that song ‘We are the Champions,’ I never could listen to the whole song because I always wanted to be a champion. This is what we fight for. This is what we go through the ups and downs for. Right now, it’s like I’m living a dream.”
