Sport evolution is once again upon us, In the interest towards understanding performance enhancement, accompanied with consistency, nothing is more significant, profound or personal as the power of one’s mind, as it the mind that controls the body. Although most unfortunate, most of us ommit the mind form our training, hence leaving out the most powerful of our possessions. In order to unleash one’s full potential, one’s mind must become paramount in one’s development. Master the self first, now pick up your chosen piece of equipment.
